Our fellow Christmas revelers often have these questions! So we've done our best to answer them for you.
Once you pre-order a tree you’ll be able to select a delivery date and time (based on availability) during the week after Black Friday.
We only deliver live douglas or fraser fir trees (your choice).
We get it! The right tree can really set the mood for the season. Just know that at Bear’s, our team hand selects every tree we get and we always look for the best shapes and sizes. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your tree, you can let us know at delivery and we’ll make it right.
We are a local couple based in Lakewood Ranch! We will delivery anywhere in Lakewood Ranch included in the tree price. You can see our map below for where we deliver and our delivery charges outside of Lakewood Ranch!
Setup includes us bringing the tree into your house, placing it in the stand and ensuring it’s standing upright. If you have hooks or other anchors you’d like for us to use to wire the tree up we can do that as long as you have the hooks installed prior to our arrival.
All of our trees are between 6′ and 12′ depending on what you pre-order.
We don’t currently offer this as a service. Besides, doing all of that is often the most magical part of the process!
Our silver bells experience offers complimentary tree removal from your home at the end of the season. Our other packages do not. In that package we’ll haul away both the tree and stand and vacuum up afterwards!
